Intellectual Property - What is it?
When it is arranged that we design a site for you and you wish to take complete ownership to do with the site as you will and host it where you like, this is factored into the site design costs or additional fees may apply.

Intellectual property rights only give you ownership of the site as designed for you. For example, if a template or script, program or code was used to recover data from a database the code or program rights remain with us or the original owners as they might be used on may sites.

The same would apply to a Flash Player for instance that is used to stream one of your videos.

Basicaly, what you see is what you get. No underlying code, menu systems, stock images or programming etc. is to be included unless by special arrangement.

NOTE: This does not apply to budget sites. See the budget site FAQ.
